Meditation has been an important part of self-care for centuries and over many different cultures and countries. Taking time to center yourself and quiet your mind is something that we seldom get to do in our busy lives, but for many, it is much needed to achieve the inner peace that sometimes eludes us in our busy lives.
A meditation retreat can be just what you need in your busy life. This is a time to focus on you and your physical and mental health. Meditation retreats can be done solo, as a couple, or even in a group. I always recommend that less is more though.
